The Science & Engineering Board (SERB), the Indo-U.S. Science and Technology Forum (IUSSTF) and the University of Wisconsin-Madison (UW) are partnering to develop a dynamic and transformative student exchange program between premier institutions in India and the United States. The program is named the "Bose Scholars Program" in honor of Professor Satyendra Nath Bose. The scheme offers stipend @ USD 2000, International return airfare, health insurance etc. to Indian students and provide local hospitality to US students.
