Quick Notes to Submit a Proposal

  1. PI is required to fill all the mandatory fields of the First Page of the User Profile i.e. Profile Details which includes Bio data (as per defined template), Institute Address, etc.
  2. After successful updation of User Profile, PI can now submit the Proposal into the system.
  3. In Proposal Submission Form,
    1. Fill all the Mandatory Fields
    2. In case of same institute, the PI can select the registered CO-PIs from the dropdown. Skip to Step d.
    3. In case of multiple institutes, the PI needs to select the checkbox for Collaborative. Once selected the PI has to select the state, district, institute type and institute to select the Co-PIs.  PI can select the list of registered CO-Ps from the dropdown.
    4. If you are unable to find your desired CO-PI, then you need to register the CO-PI.  For this, you simply need to ask your CO-PI, to register into the system and fill all the mandatory fields of the First Page of the User Profile i.e. Profile Details which includes Bio data, Institute Address, etc.
  4. Once the PI Clicks on Save As Drafts, all the proposals are visible in Saved Proposal
  5. Go to Proposal Submission Menu >> Click on Saved Proposal
  6. Select the Proposal Reference No and click on View Full Proposal Button. (A new Pop-up page will appear with full proposal details that you have already filled)
  7. Find the Edit Budget button and Click on this button. (BUDGET FOR SALARY/WAGES screen will appear)
  8. Please fill all mandatory fields and Click on ADD button to save the details. (Please repeat the process for each designation of member)
  9. After completing the salary details click on Next button to go to the next section and fill the details with the same process.
  10. You also need to upload the desired document in prescribed format in the Upload Other Information section.
  11. You can directly go to the Full Proposal Preview by click on Full Proposal View button on each page and submit the proposal directly.
